IV. Organizational Optimization— The Generating Engine

IV. Organizational Optimization – The Generating Engine

Dedicated to New Capital Development, or NCD, The Generating Engine is a key innovation in the development of organizational processing systems. Based upon scientific breakthroughs in intelligent modeling, the NCD Generating Engine integrates all processing systems—marketplace, organization, human, information, and mechanical—into an organizational processing system (see Animation). Functionally, the Engine’s operations replicate and integrate all of the operations of the NCD systems. They achieve the NCD functions (MCD, OCD, HCD, ICD, mCD) and dedicate to achieving these functions the NCD capacities in technologies (MT, OT, HT, IT, mT). The operations also enable the NCD capacities to achieve the NCD functions by enabling NCD processing systems:

  • S-MP-R marketplace processing systems,
  • S-OP-R organizational processing systems,
  • S-P-R human processing systems,
  • S-O-R information-modeling systems,
  • S-R mechanical tooling systems.

With the NCD Generating Engine, we may process deductively, inductively, or idiosyncratically to tailor systems responses to meet any requirement. Representing and relating all dimensions that currently make any organization productive and growthful, the Engine also fluidly incorporates all new or evolving ingredients that may accelerate the growth and development of an organization.

The NCD Generating Engine is best understood using an organic analogy. Working with an organization’s genotype, or genetic constitution, the Engine creates and then manipulates Organizational DNA, or ODNA. Its information output is Organizational RNA, or ORNA, which gives life to the organization. As a result of such capabilities, the engine allows us to test any scenario. For example, we may rotate our vectorial systems internally as well as externally.

In our early stages of Possibilities Science, we postulated “cellular interdependency:” the interdependent processing of all multidimensional phenomena. In the graphic for Organizational DNA, you are viewing one of the views of the “Source Cells” and their “Firing Order” in that interdependent multidimensional processing system (see Animation).

Possibilities Science, applied to organizations, highlights interdependent processing of entities in multiple dimensions simultaneously. Our technology allows for real-time awareness of all relevant processing entities and their patterns of interaction, integrated in a universally accessible virtual world that facilitates modeling, simulation, and actual execution of human processes in organizations.

Our “Possibilities Science” has now allowed us to capture all individual organizational Genomes. In so doing, we have identified “The Evolution of the Organizational Genomes.” Subsequently, we have produced the first “Human Centric Organizational Processing Systems” wherein Human Processors become Collaborative Co-Creators with their enterprise. We are committed to generating the first true “Human Centric Information Science.”
